I've been observing personal computing behavior for a long time, and now I have some things to say. Here are my two cents about computing, music, software, and related topics.

It's interesting that you love EyeHome so much. I've been keeping an eye on their stuff for a long time, but users of digital cable or satellite seem to be left completely out in the cold. EyeHome can't change channels on your cable/sat box. Add on IR hacks are reputed to be very unreliable.

Too bad. Seems like a great system except for that.

What I meant was the computer won't have to be in the same room.

I can see the video iPod morphing into a wireless controller so you don't have to be in the same room as the screen you're watching.

This iMac makeover increases the probability that Apple will do makeovers for the PB and PM during this pre-Intel gap. So very smart!!!

So I expect the 15" and 17" PBs to be even more astonishing: with a built-in iSight, Remote Control, and Front Row, but also an HD widescreen mode and more. It'll become an on-the-go media center.

And now I wait...
